1. Your shop's data

The software runs on your device; items, sales, customers and accounts are stored with you and are not sent to us. We only look at them at your request during support, and only as needed.

2. What we collect

From a purchase order on the site: shop name, mobile, e-mail, business type, governorate and plan.

From the software: device code, version, licence state and last contact — for activation and updates.

If you turn on mobile follow-up, the daily summary or the QR menu: the daily sales summary shown on your phone, the e-mail or Telegram account that receives the summary, and the menu with its prices.

We never collect or store card details; payment happens entirely at Paymob.

3. How we use it

Activation, updates and support, handling your order and contacting you about it, and running the online services you turned on. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Who processes it

Service providers working for us only: Paymob (payments), Cloudflare (server and storage), Brevo (e-mail), Telegram (summary messages), GitHub (updates) — or an authority when the law requires it.

5. Retention

Order data is kept for the life of the licence and afterwards as long as the law requires. The mobile summary is overwritten continuously, its history is not kept, and it is deleted when you turn the service off.

6. Your rights

You may see, correct or ask us to delete the data we hold about you, or stop any online service at any time, under Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. Contact us below.

7. This website

The site uses no tracking cookies or ads. If you pay, the order number is saved only in your browser to show it back to you.
