1. Definitions

“the ACC”, “we”: the provider of the software and services, based in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

“Customer”, “you”: the business or person who orders, pays for or uses the software.

“Software”: ACC ERP with all its parts and updates, running on the customer's own devices.

“Licence”: the right to use the software with the plan, add-ons and number of devices stated in the order or contract.

“Services”: installation, training, data set-up, technical support and the online services (mobile follow-up, daily summary, QR menu, online payment).

2. Licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for your own business only, on the licensed devices.

The software is not sold; its ownership, source code, design, name and logo remain the ACC's and are protected by Egyptian IP Law No. 82 of 2002.

You may not copy, modify, decompile, run on unlicensed devices, sell, rent or give the software to others.

The licence is tied to the device code; moving it to another device is done through us.

3. Free trial

You can try the software free for 14 days before buying. After the trial it asks for activation; your data stays on your device and carries on after you subscribe.

We recommend trying before paying to make sure the software suits your business.

4. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are in Egyptian pounds as shown on the site at the time of the order, with VAT included or added as stated.

Online payment is made through the Paymob payment gateway (Visa, Meeza, wallets). We never see or store your card details.

After paying you get an order number; entering it in the software activates your plan. Services that need a visit or an appointment are scheduled with you.

Yearly renewal (on yearly plans) is paid in advance at the start of each year.

5. Installation, training and support

We install the software and train your users within the agreed hours, and give technical support by phone, WhatsApp or remotely during the support period.

We fix software defects in the parts you subscribed to during the support period at no charge; updates arrive automatically when your subscription includes them.

Custom changes and new features requested specifically for you are priced separately.

6. Your obligations

Provide a suitable PC with genuine Windows, and keep passwords and backups safe.

You are responsible for the data you enter (prices, quantities, accounts) and for your own tax and legal obligations.

Use the software for lawful business only, without trying to break it or reach unlicensed parts.

7. Your data

Your shop's data (items, sales, customers, accounts) is yours, stored on your devices, and you can take a copy at any time. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

8. Suspension for non-payment or expiry

If an amount is overdue after notice, the licence expires without renewal, or the copy stays 30 days without going online to check, the software may be suspended temporarily.

Suspension never deletes data; the software works again with all its data after payment, renewal or going online.

9. Warranty and limitation of liability

We warrant that the software performs the described functions for the parts you subscribed to, and we fix software faults during the support period.

We are not liable for damage caused by hardware, power or internet failures, viruses, misuse, wrong data, or data loss due to missing backups, nor for lost profits or indirect damage.

In any case our liability does not exceed what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellation follow a separate policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; each version has a number and a date. An order or contract keeps the version you agreed to until the next renewal.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute is first settled amicably, otherwise the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction.
